Local coffee roaster based out of Belleville, IL. Specializing in artisanal fair trade coffee.
LongStory Coffee's story began years ago with their founder Erik Busch and his love for brewing beer. Going to school for brewing, and working in breweries, Erik loved the process of beer, but not how long it took.
After being introduced to home coffee roasting, and the ability to drink your coffee within hours, not weeks, he was hooked. Over time friends and family fell in love with his coffee, and he decided to get a larger coffee roaster to try and make his dream a reality.
With a background in brewing science and a love of coffee, LongStory uses this knowledge to roast each bean to its fullest flavor. Bringing out the fruity, nutty, floral, earthy, or chocolatey flavors hidden within each bean. Every order is roasted fresh and packaged immediately, to bring you the best possible morning cup.
