At Crystal Lake Brewing, we're dedicated to creating approachable, yet distinctive, craft beers and passionate about brewing the best beer possible. We're proud to be one of Northern Illinois' premier local breweries.
Along with a healthy dose of local pride, Crystal Lake Brewing is passionate about brewing a better beer. Honest, accessible, thirst-provoking beer, created with attention to quality and taste reminiscent of a simpler time when craftsmanship was king. Beer that is easy to drink and hard to put down.
CLB beers are available at hundreds of better bars, restaurants, and retailers across northern Illinois. Family-owned, with roots in the community, they take pride in the fact that they brew and package their products right here in downtown Crystal Lake. But don't try it just because we're brewed locally. Instead, try a CLB because they’re committed to brewing world-class beer. Beer that is easy to drink, and hard to put down.
The CLB Tap Room is the perfect place to find your favorite beer. They always have 8 to 12 different offerings on tap, available in pints or taster flights. You can also bring your own food to pair with their delicious, locally made beers. Don’t miss weekend visits from local food trucks as well. Staying home or headed to a party? Growlers are 64 oz. glass jugs filled with fresh craft beer right from the tap, and are perfect for the back porch or gatherings with family and friends.
